Description

TaqMan Real-Time PCR Master Mix is the premixed reagent solution and has been validated with TaqMan Assays. The mix contains Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+ and optimized buffer components, supplied at 2X concentration. The Master Mix is simple to use and you only need to add templates, primers/probe. It has the characteristics of high amplification efficiency and high specificity.

Contains ROX passive reference for signal uniformity normalization.

Applications: Real-Time PCR for ABI instruments.
