Utilizing six-color fluorescence labeling technology, this kit can simultaneously amplify 30 STR loci on the X chromosome and 1 gender locus.

The selected loci all have a high number of alleles, with common alleles evenly distributed, all being 4-5 nucleotide repeats, meeting the ideal conditions for forensic STR loci, suitable for STR-PCR multiplex amplification.

The design and selection of primers are highly specific, eliminating analytical errors due to homology; the entire set of primers is designed with uniform parameters to ensure consistent annealing temperatures, achieving amplification stability and balance, and enabling repeatable, sensitive, and efficient parallel amplification in multiplex PCR processes.

The kit employs high-efficiency fluorescent molecules (energy transfer) to provide high sensitivity. It meets the Ministry of Public Security’s “DNA Identification Document Standards” (Public [2018] No. 349) for anti-trafficking standards.

It is suitable for the identification of complex kinship, disputed paternity, half-sister relationships, grandparent-grandchild relationships, and other special paternity cases, serving as an effective complement to autosomal and Y-chromosome STR kits.

Applicable for judicial litigation, household registration, adoption, inheritance, and other judicial needs. In judicial proceedings, paternity test results have legal validity.
