It includes the mainstream loci of the current Y-chromosome STR database (encompassing all loci from Yfiler Plus and PowerPlex Y23) and 10 mini-STRs (loci with amplification lengths of 220 bp or less), enabling the retrieval of more information from degraded DNA samples.
