This kit is based on advanced 8-color fluorescence technology, which allows for the allocation of more loci compared to traditional 5-color fluorescence systems.
Includes 16 mini-STRs (loci with amplification lengths of 220 bp or less), facilitating the genotyping and comparison of highly degraded or challenging samples.
Ideal for Y-STR database construction and male lineage investigation, offering strong individual discrimination capability and high accuracy.
Compatible with direct amplification from a wide range of sample types and purified DNA, with a theoretical amplification time of approximately 70 minutes.
